Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
Firm and smooth the abdomen by removing excess skin and fat, and tightening the muscles of the abdominal wall. This is best suited for people in good health who have excess or sagging skin from pregnancy or weight loss, a protruding abdomen or excess fat concentrated in the abdomen. There are three basic approaches to the abdomen, which are done under general anesthesia as an outpatient:

• The standard full weight loss abdominoplasty (described above)
• The Mini-Lift, which is designed for individuals with some excess skin and fat in just
  the lower abdomen
• Liposuction, which is ideal for the younger patient who just has excess fat

Arm, Thigh and Buttock Lift
Decrease sagging skin on the arms, thighs and/or buttocks that commonly results from weight loss. Some individuals have a genetic predisposition for sagging in these areas and can also benefit from these procedures. Incisions are made along the inner arm, inner thigh and buttock crease.

Suction-Assisted Lipectomy (Liposuction)
Reduce abnormal body fat deposits using a hollow tube (cannula) connected to a vacuum pump and introduced beneath the skin through small incisions. This gives the patient a more sculpted appearance. This procedure is not used for weight reduction.
