Dr. Parker has more than 20 years’ experience as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, treating both children and adults. He has shared his talents with children around the world as a volunteer with organizations like Operation Rainbow. In additional to his medical practice, he is a ClinicalProfessor of Plastic Surgery at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM). He specializes in a variety of procedures, including cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and post weight loss body contouring.
